cards outside hearts are good here - partner's got no heart fit. he's not going to be playing on hearts for tricks in 3NT.

10 of diamonds is potentially a very nice card.

I bid 3NT happily.

Partner's probably got something like Qxx x AKJ9xx KTx

10 doubleton in D would be perfect, but despite this: 3NT.
I expect 5 tricks in D, 2 in C, 1 in H, 1 in S. Distribution: like wank said.
