Please vote! An experiment involving plus/minus voting

Because of a few people getting in flame wars and other nonsense, I want to see just how nice the average active user is. This is essentially a psychological experiment using some BBO software. At the end of this post as well as the next three posts, I am going to ask you, the reader, to follow my instruction. Over the next few days I want to see how this works out.

#1 - Only vote up on this post if you feel this idea is brilliant, vote down if you feel this idea is stupid, or don't vote if you have no particular feeling.
