Is E/W really playing at the 4 level, doubled, vulnerable in a 4 card fit?

I'm going to assume that there is a typo and that North is declaring in Hearts...

I don't see any way not to go down 1

Let's assume that you win the Ace of clubs and lead a Spade.
The opponents are going to shift to a Heart.
You win this in hand and ruff a Spade...
However, you're stuck in dummy. You can't get your extra Spade ruff without surrendering the lead and your last trump is going to get pulled.

Let's assume that you duck the lead instead (You want to be able to ruff a club back to hand)
I think that the opponents are going to shift to a Heart.
The timing is a bit different, but once again you're going down

On a more serious note, I think the best chance is to hope hearts are 0-4 and West has the A. Duck the lead. Win the next. Exit Q. Then you might just be able to ruff enough times. It is likely down 1 though.

Call the TD, our opponents are leading while they have to play a contract in a 4 card fit.

Don't understand, sorry. I count two Spade losers
