After playing a robot tournament a button labeled "Other Tables" pops up.
Sometimes this button displays other players result but most times it's dead.

Nothing happens when pushed. You can wait for ages and nothing happens when pushed.
Anyone else seen this bad behaviour?

Yes, we noticed that too. Give it a bit more time. Sometimes it takes longer to update results and display what the other tables have played.

You can't be serious:) I have waited now for more than 45 minutes and it still does not give any response.
But so long time as now is unusual.

Actually i was very serious. Click the "Other table" tab to make sure it gets refreshed.

We'll run some tests to check this, in case there is a bug.

Fyi, I can use the tab on whatever of my 8 rounds and it will only show my own result.
There seems to be some fundamental problems here!

But I wonder, if you have seen this behaviour before, maybe you have reported it?
I have seen this problem a lot of times and for me it's easy to reproduce.

You cannot see what the other tables have played while the tourney is still running. The travellers are available only after everyone finished playing. That is why you cannot see the "Other tables" tab while you are in tourney. It is intentional. Sometimes it takes longer to process the results, so although the Other tables tab becomes visible immediately after you have finished the tourney, it takes a while until the other tables' results are displayed.

The way to tell whether the other table results will be available is to click on your score for a table. Before the other results are available it has one decimal place. After they're available, clicking on the score changes it to 2 decimal places.

Usually the other table scores become available a minute or two after the tourney finishes. But once in a while they don't become available for a long time. In that case, I go into My Results, and when I click on the tourney it says something like "No results found".

Yes, it works the same for me as you explained it. Strange that this annoying problem is not solved.

Just a quick post to say that we took note of this problem, and will try to solve it.

Hands usually update in 30 secs. Anything longer is unusual.
