Would X be penalty? If not, then X is obvious; but if X is penalty, what else did you want GIB to bid there? 4NT normally shows a two-suiter, not to mention the likely disaster to follow if GIB did bid 4NT.

Surely the fault is with the GIB partner, its an easy 5D based on logic. Of course GIB is deficient in that respect so its doomed.
