Hi, been a BBO member for years and never a problem till last night when I was unable to connect. I had connected OK earlier in the day. Still can't connect today. It gets as far as connecting and no further. No internet problem with any other site.

Should have said it is when the loading page is on is where the problem is. The dots just keep going across over and over again and never stop.

I get that occasionally with the new client, but closing the window and trying again often makes the problem go away. Or switching to the older client.

I have tried closing the window several times and also closing down computer and then restarting. I can use the older downloaded version but prefer the newer logon BBO. It is the new version i have the problem with.

You can try any or all of the following:

1. Clear your browser's cache memory. Here's how:
http://www.wikihow.c...owser%27s-Cache

2. Get the latest Flash player:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Try to use a different browser (there are plenty of free ones available on the internet: Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc).

If problems persist email support - they can ask specific questions and help you fix it.
