Does GIB signal at all? If so, what is its style of signals?

My impression was that earlier versions would give count signals, but I'm not sure this one does.

On a related issue, how does GIB lead? It seems to make standard honor leads but I have seen low from doubleton on several occasions.

I think GIB usually gives count signals, but not always. Whatever its reasons, it's not based on good judgement -- I've frequently seen it waste a 10 to give count.

Its leads are quite inscrutible.
