Ithink the idea of Swiss team tourneys is a great one.

Hopefully you can experiment with some formats.

One idea is an ACBL speedball swiss with 4 rounds of 3 boards in an hour. You might score it Imps or Bam style.

Another one is perhaps some 2 hour format.

I think a lot of online bbo advertising might help. Perhaps a msg/invite to the 100 most frequent ACBL tourney players. Perhaps advertising one hour ahead of time so people can scramble to put together a team.

I would suggest you reach out to your frequent ACBL tourney players and ask for ideas.
