Very keen eye. Since you brought it up, how did declarer escape for only down 1? It didn't say claimed; is this another case where a hand got timed out and the wrong score awarded?

It wasn't my table, so I don't know what happened. When a director posts an adjusted score, does he type in the table, round, contract and result? If so, this could be how the hand got turned around and too quick a decision was made about the outcome of the hand.

Yes, looks like the hand was adjusted manually. When a TD adjusts, typing E or W does not make any difference, so it's probably what happened here.
