No opposing bidding. What is

2 - 2
2 - 2NT?

2 = weak 2 in a major, 2 = pass/correct

I'm no expert on the multi, but I can't think of a hand which would bid this way.

Game interest opposite spades but not hearts seems logical, e.g. Qxx x AKxx QJxxx.

Opener would just rebid whatever you do after opening a weak two in spades (assuming you have an agreement about that).

OKay, so what sort of hand raises 2 to 3?

The same sort of hand that would raise a weak 2 opening to 3 (no game interest, fit)

For me this specifically shows both minors and a void. Same goes for 3m/: void with very long m/. With an invite you can just start with 2 and raise 2 to 3.
