I'm no expert on the multi, but I can't think of a hand which would bid this way.

Game interest opposite spades but not hearts seems logical, e.g. Qxx x AKxx QJxxx.
Opener would just rebid whatever you do after opening a weak two in spades (assuming you have an agreement about that).

For me this specifically shows both minors and a ♠ void. Same goes for 3m/♥: ♠ void with very long m/♥. With an invite you can just start with 2♥ and raise 2♠ to 3♠.
