Display languages Question about settings

I would like to change my settingds into Dutch. I know it is possible but can't find the right buttons. I also like to use the suit symbols but untill now I was not able to use them. In the instructions i read "!C" for clubs etc. but they to not run.
Can you help me?

!C !H etc should give you the symbols. If you can't see these, what about when you are bidding, do you see the symbols?
