Profile caching on web client?

Commentating on vugraph using the web client, I've noticed that the profile of the vugraph operator only gets updated if I log off from BBO.

I expect most profiles do not change frequently and so this feature/bug is not noticed. However vugraph operators often update their profiles, especially when told that they have not done so and we'd like to know their name (!), and then I tell them again at the end of the session only to be told that they changed it two hours ago!

Just an observation really as I guess it is a feature rather than a bug.
