I hate it when you highlight the GIB bid and the description nowhere comes close to matching the hand.
In this case it said GIB had a 5-card spade suit and GIB had 4 spades to the ten.
The auction was:
Me GIB
Pass 1♣ Pass 1♠
Pass 2♥ Pass 2♠
Pass Pass Pass

I highlighted the 2♠ call which was defined by GIB as 5+ spades.
GIB's hand was:
♠T764 ♥K52 ♦Q752 ♣JT

Not even close to a 2 ♠ call, and has a perfectly respectable 2NT call.
