Team Games Boards to multiple hosts

Hi

I have been asked on a couple of occasions how onr can use the Web Hand editor to save 12 random deals and then send those deals to a number of hosts of a round robin type of team game/ladder ... I have been unable to work this out, I can export one deal from a number of deals in a file but am unable to see how to transfer all 12 deals as a set for simultaneous tables.
