I have not been able to find out much information about robots to help me decide whether to purchase some $'s.

I do know that the robot rental is $1 per week for the simple robot. If I want to play online with 3 robots, does this mean I must pay $3 per week?

I added 5 BB$ to your username so you can mess around safely.

I happen to think you get the most bang for your buck in one of two tournaments

Robot Duplicate ( 8 bds, 25 mins, 25 cents , matchpoints )
Robot Race ( 25 mins, Total points, as many boards as you can squeeze in)

but try the two types of rentals as well.

When u rent a bot, you can park it in 1, 2 or 3 seats. So if you want to play at a table w/3 bots you only need one ....

Finally - today is 'Free Robot day' and you can check out the free basic bots.

Dang! If I had noticed that when I first signed on, I wouldn't have played two "Automated Fun" games.

Free Robot Day is usually 1st of every month. It has been this way for about 2 years.
"More and more these days I find myself pondering how to reconcile my net income with my gross habits."
