Team matches on web client how do i find the old news?

In a recent News item, there was an explanation of how to run team matches with the web client that included the instructions of how to fill empty seats from the substitutes list.

I now want to point someone to this old news item. Is there anyway to recover it? Or getting the Help system updated with this information?
