1 (1) 2 (pass)
Is 2wgt on here, why not?

And, would you bid 3 or 3, or something else holding
Q754, A865, 72, KQ3 in this auction

1:1
2:2*
?

EDIT: two questions oops!

In the first one, there is an insufficient bid! But I would still assume 2 is a good raise and I can now use my game tries.

2nd question: It's an obvious 3. If you don't have a full opening in the first place, don't accept any tries :)
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do!

Not normally but its reasonable to play them over these types of raises.

BTW, I'm not a fan of 2WGT.

Why not? What do you use?

The main reason why 2wgt are not normally used in auctions like the second one is because Opener will raise on 3 card support fairly often and you need to be able to distinguish between 4 and 5+ card games tries by Responder. If playing a system that bans 3 card raises here then 2wgt's make sense.
