Assuming LHO is sound I am going to guess 5 but it could easily be wrong.

5C. If partner raised on Hx as opposed to bidding 3NT with not much in hearts then 5C should be pretty good. If partner has Q/Jxx then I hope to make 5C on an elimination+endplay. Maybe an uncertain redouble is an option (if you have an agreement) in case partner raised on 3-4 trumps and our LHO decides to double with their HH10x and out so it depends on who our LHO is.

Am I missing something, do I have any reason to suppose partner doesn't have 2 clubs and 4 spades here. If this has been Xd by the man with KQJ10, it's not going to make but 5 will feel a whole load more pain. Give partner xxxx, Kxxx, AJx, Ax or similar.

Shrug. I'm pretty close to a slam try and get doubled. I can't redouble with these spade spots but I would expect to make about at least 1/2 the time. I doubt overtricks are likely if my LHO has a brain.

5 is LOL.

4 makes if you handle it well, 5 won't.

It's reallllly hard to come up with hands that play two tricks better in clubs than in spades. I pass (and expect to make it much more often than not.)

Reading the other comments, I should add as a disclaimer that I can't remember ever seeing me or my partner raise with Hx in this auction.
