This is a prime 13 HCP, but well short of an invite.

Even opposite a constructive raise, which 2s may not be (unless you have an agreement in place), I would expect to make 3 with 4 to be just under the odds. Consequently I would pass.

Invite, but most likely there are more reasons against inviting than for inviting,
e.g. 1S did not get raised, so p will have spade length, and most likely wastage
in spade.
We have a min opener, a nice min. opener, but min opener.

And depending on your agreements regarding raising, p will most likely only have
3 card support.

So all in all, pass instead of inviting is the wiser course, but I have been down
before.

In my regular pratnership - pass is clear cut, p has garbage.

Agree with Marlowe. Had RHO raised I'd have bid 3 on the way to 3. My P has only 3 here, so no big incentive to invite. B)
