The new hand display editor available from the t button is very good- much better than the old system which I lots of problems with. Pity you can't set x's for minor cards but not really a problem as whole hand making doesn't take very long. My problem is that once you make it and insert it you can't edit it if you realise it doesn't show what you want to show so you have to start from the beginning.

I like it too, but I don't like the fact that cards are jumping around if you click on one. That feature is great if you have a series, but usually you have more seperated cards in which case it would be easier if the cards were just disabled instead of removed from the list.
Also it misses the scoring.
Is it possible to show for example NS hands, and play to a certain trick (letting EW play their cards, but not showing their hands)?

not sure if this is an acceptable place to report a bug. But I did notice I could start typing text in the fast response area but as soon as I hit one of the suit buttons (had to be initial hit) it wiped out all the text I had typed. Anybody else?

I mostly hate it.... since I can't "highlight-copy-paste" from the Hand Display.
I have to completely retype it.... ugh.
( And I don't need the suggestions of taking a picture of it with my phone and e-mailing to myself ) .
As far as the Tuna's problem goes, I have not experienced it. I think you might have hit some other "key" to cause your typing to "disappear".

That would imply it was a one time event. It is not.

When you use the hand viewer, it creates something like this (the actual hand created is shown below this --- I removed some square brackets so this would not show a hand and acution..
hv=pc=n&s=sakqjt98hakdakcaq&n=s52hq98742d84ck53&d=s&v=e&b=3&a=7nppp 266|200/hv
From here you can see some things. First, south's hand is definded as &s=sakqjt98hakdakcaq while north's hand is defined as n=s52hq98742d84ck53, if I had decided to show East and West hands, they would have been obvioius in the way the text was displayed. The auction is also fairly obvious (starts after the @a= ).
So after you create an auction/hand. You can, if you wish, edit the text info it created (just be sure not to delete the wrong stuff).
For instance, you can change north's hand for West easily enough by changing the &n in the text field to &w (see below, where I copied the hand and made that single change).
Want to change the cards, just edit the text file (if you are changing a lot of cards, it might be best to start over). For instance, I am going to move the club ACE from south to north (for those who miss the "x's", note that in text mode, you can change a card to an "x" if you want, I changed the club spot cards to "x's" in the NS hands. You can not change the "10" to "T" however.
So really, you can do "editing" after the fact if you are careful (use preview to make sure you get what you wanted).
