Abuse remove off from BBO

From few months I am user of BBO. Is something wrong with your program. Some people(read criminals) can take you off any times. If you are good then they taking you off with message “host remove you” , which is not true. I had the stroke and this is only my entertainment I have. Also when you host and you withdrawn from the game all players are frozen. When is broken in Connection I never returned to previouse place.

This sometimes happens when the host doesn't understand the difference between leaving his seat and leaving the table. If permission is required to play at a table, and the host clicks on his name to leave his seat (thinking he has left the table) then he leaves his computer, the other players cannot fill the empty seat.
