:) Just because I gotta lead something. is probably the only lead to rule out. A seems more a bit more likely to blow a trick than to prevent a vital ruff.

Hearts, if you are afraid, you are leading in a tenance, well true,
but if declarer needs this trick, he can do it by himself.

I am assuming 3H is FSF, but if it is natural, that is even better.
