Connection to BBO via satellite

Sorry but dont know where to ask my question; please route it as much as possible

A friend of me - wanting to join BBO- is having big problems to connect and stay connected. probably because she uses an satellite way.



she is using a satellite connection and probably

“Numeo Satellite Ka 2,4Go ( bidirectionnel)” but I will check about it


Ping problem?

Is it any special method to allow the connection?

I don't mean to pick on you, but since you admitted being confused, I'm curious why. There's a group of forums titled "Bridge Base Online Discussion", and a forum in there named "BBO Support Forum". Isn't it obvious that questions about using BBO belong down there?

Regarding your friend's problem: is she using the web client or the Windows app?
