4H on 4-card suit

Sorry, I don't have a link to the hand, since you can't look up Robot Reward tourneys.

I opened, and the auction was 1♠-1NT-3♠, and the bot bid 4♥ with a 1=4=4=4 hand. The explanation says this shows 4+H, but realistically it should be a 6-card suit. I don't remember if 3♠ or 3NT would have made, but I doubt it would have gone down 4 like 4♥ in a 4-1 fit (luckily my singleton was the Ace).
