a few years ago the bil used to set up a help table for persons to learn how to use the software.

i have meta a couple of users at bbo, who have never used the windows client, and are usually older and lack the savvy of younger people, who have trouble navigating, chatting, finding tournaments etc...

i was wondering if bbo could set up some orientation session for new users, run by yellows who could broadcast the event as they happen, perhaps a couple times a week.

ps. these people have trouble finding the hosts or even realizing the hosts are help volunterrs.,
