Surely there has to be a point where I can be allowed to make a decision about which slam to play in. As it is, lucky spades broke 3-3, but 7NT is a far superior contract. I think Gib is thinking I'm 6-5 here, but with my actual hand, I only bid 3S to temporise before pulling a 3N bid to 4D....

Maybe I should pull to 7N anyway....

Hopefully you could have bid 3♥ safely- sensible bid with humans.
Why does GIB bid 4S- massive underbid- I'd say 4NT and obviously choose the 7NT.

Look at the explanation before bidding - 3S showed rebiddable spades.
