recently Buffet this came up they had no problem....poor East with KJ6 D & stiff A cl
listened to the following auction.

3sp transfer to cl----------4sp control--5d control--5sp another control.

East with flat hand but holding KJX d and stiff Acl in real terms cannot find the d lead,as World Class players could not. no one asked for Aces..how many would be in 5cl or 3n/t----And ones p {S} has to have vision

What's so good about a ♦ lead? He's leading from KJx, so if declarer plays the Q (what else?) he'll still make his contract. Even if the Q doesn't hold, then he can play ♥AK discarding the ♦ losers from dummy. :(
