We have bid competitively to 4♠x (by RHO) and dummy comes down I think we could be in 5♦ but that is not possible now.
I see
♠10 5 4
I hold
♠Q 9 7 6 3 2
Looking at both hands I can see I can make the contract if I can hold spades to 2 losers only. Is there a percentage play to achieve this?
(entries to both hands outside are not a problem)

This isn't really an advanced combination is it? You just play low to the 9 which will pick up:
any 2-2 (as will all other plays)
KJ8/AJ8 onside
AKJ8 onside
stiff J onside
You can't do anything legitimate if you have AJ8 or KJ8 offside.

I can't say what inference I take from the double without an entire auction. But if you lead toward the 9 you lose to stiff J with LHO, if you lead toward the Q you lose to LHO with stiff K, stiff A, or void. So lead toward the 9.
