Basically I agree with the dude, except I am not sure about raising 3, passing 3 is also attractive since 11 tricks are a long way away.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Double. I don't think this is so problematic. It would be unlucky to hit partner with 3 clubs also.
