Creating LIN file How do I create a LIN file for Club News

I need to learn how to create a LIN file for posting Club News, I sure would appreciate any help that may be forthcoming.

After creating the LIN using the LIN converter given in the thread above, each time you need to edit the news right-click on the .lin document, select "open with Notepad", change whatever you need to change, then save it as .lin again
