Partner usually has a flat 18-19 too strong to overcall 1nt for the 2nd double
A minimum 2♦ bid is anything that thinks they can make 2♣ and we MIGHT make OR show a profit from down one.
How about ♦JTxxxx and a stray singleton somewhere?

Partner's second double suggests defending 1♠ unless we were short there...it is a penalty-oriented double, showing a powerful hand and 4 good spades.
I'd be expecting something along the lines of AKJx AQxx KQxx x.
He might be a tad weaker than this, but not by much.
A minimum 2D bid might look a bit like xx xxx J109xx xxx...I really don't think we need much more than 5 diamonds....5 because it is possible that partner is 4=4=3=2 huge
