partner leads the 5 of diamonds (1/3/5)

declarer plays the Ace, you encourage
declarer asks for a small spade
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

Flattish dummy, so small in tempo.

The hand is a good advertisement for not playing too fast at trick 1. You have to have the spade play thought out for smooth play at trick 2.
