Robot Bidding -- HUH Bad Bidding by Robot

I have to admit the robot that played N in Game #6256, board 7 needs to take more lessons... South opened 1♦ North (Robot) answered 1♥ with the following hand:

Spades: J 9 5

Hearts: Q J 6

Diamonds: T 8 3

Clubs: J 6 4 2

He only had 5 points. Not even a distribution point! South assumed he had 4 hearts.

Anyone think this bid was correct?
