4D. Even if Kxxx clubs is completely worthless, I still have the remaining two suits controlled so I want to cooperate. Compare the actual hand to x-QJxxx-AQJ-KJxx which is also consistent with the bidding so far.

Definitely agree with Fluffy. Our hearts are bad, we are minimum, we are short in partner's suit, and the club king is wasted. I sign off and it's not even close.

When we have shortness opposite hand which splinters it's usually not wise to signoff.
EDIT: after thinking about it a bit I think it depends what exactly 4♦ means; the way we play it it's "not hopeless hand". If it's strong slam interest I agree with 4♥.
