chat window scroll lock

Hi all,
Not sure, maybe the latest version of the web client, but now my chat is often paused and I have to scroll down to see the appended chat as it comes in. So someone will chat to me something important and I won't see it. Is there a setting to make this go back to the old way? An option would be great.

Nothing has changed in this area, but if you scroll up you need to make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom in order to get the chat to scroll automatically when future chat messages are received. This may involve clicking the down arrow a even though the scrollbar appears to be at the bottom already.
