Play H KQ.
If W ruffs with 10 or 9, ditch a club from dummy, and I don't think you can be prevented from ruffing 2 clubs in dummy, ditching one heart on a diamond and endplaying W to lead away from QS.
If W ruffs low, overruff, come back to KD, cash 2 diamonds finishing with the K, lead another H. If W ruffs high, ditch a club and you're in good shape, if he ruffs low you're in equally good shape, if he pitches a diamond, ruff, spade to K and lead the 5th heart ditching a club whether he ruffs or not.
If W discards, pitch a club, ruff a club, cash 2 diamonds finishing in hand and ruff your last club, now spade to king and lead a low heart and you're in good shape.
