The 3NT bid is explained as 25-30HCP. Wouldn't 20-25HCP be more reasonable?

emalka doesn't even have 20 HCP. Its 17 worth maybe 18.

I'm not really concerned about whether human Souths had their bids... What's interesting is how GIB reads bids. The question is: What should 3NT show? I don't think 25-30 is realistic.
