c. (1♥) - 2♦ - (2♥) - pass; (pass) - 2NT
d. (1♠) - 2♣ - (2♠) - pass; (pass) - 2NT
e. (1♠) - 2♦ - (2♠) - pass; (pass) - 2NT
f. (1♠) - 2♥ - (2♠) - pass; (pass) - 2NT

strong almost balanced or a "good 3♣ bid" note that these two are similar
diamonds (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
clubs (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
diamonds or hearts (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
clubs or hearts (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
um 6 hearts and a 4 card minor? (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
diamonds (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
clubs (i.e. 4 cards here and 6 cards in my long suit)
