Leading after their penalty X

1) What do you lead?
2) If partner Xs 3NT and all pass, what do you lead?
I once yelled at my partner for discarding the 'wrong' card when he was subjected to a squeeze that I allowed by giving the wrong count with too high a card. Now he's allowed to pitch aces when the opponents have the king in the dummy. At trick 2. When he could have followed suit. And blame me.

A club would be my last choice. Why should I lead their suit?

I would lead the Jack of spade in both cases.

RHO has a penalty of diamonds and not of spades (thus not likely to have 2 spade stops). The systemic spade seems therefore adequate. Even more so if pard doubles (shd have a spade honor for that).

Ha whereagles thinks X calls for a spade lead and pooltuna thinks it calls for a diamond.

So, I choose the blue fish. Sp 10 systemic, or sp J if we don't code

Edit: Partner doesn't even know whether I have a diamond to lead, and the opponent is ready for a diamond.
