I think you mean the Flash version.
I have noticed precisely the same problem. The area to click on a card to play it seems reduced.
I am using the Chrome browser but I do know that the upgrade to Flash 10.1 occurred ten days ago, so this is possibly the root cause.

Yes probably the Flash version whatever the newest and worse but less server intensive version was. I try to use this because it is less server intensive but this reduction in ease of card selection is very irritating and consequently I will be using the Windows version much more frequently (hint hint).

The problem disappears for the current turn after I move the mouse over some other card and then back to the intended card.
I think this is a serious malfunction and really requires attention by the programmers!

seems to work for me much better than the main client version at least as far as clikking on the cards (pictures of cards).
BTW whoever said I needed to use diagrams, are you suggesting my preferences are of no significance? I prefer pictures because they are more like real life cards.

Another irritation is the chat handling function I prefer to type in just one place with out having a profile popup and end up mailing a message to someone.
I also would like the mouseover on/off button always visible so that the profiles are not constantly popping in when I am trying to play.

You can type in just one place if you want. There are 2 empty spaces at the bottom of the screen that you can use to specify the recipient and content of a chat message. There is a "Chat" button to the right of these spaces that you can use to send the chat message.

I'm familiar with how it works just not with how it chooses one over the other. Sometimes I think I am typing in one when in fact I have been moved to the popup profile.
