So many interesting bids and explanations at various tables...

(1) Only 2 of 8 Souths chose to overcall 3♥. The explanation is:
rebiddable H; 12+ total points.
I'm surprised at such a low minimum, particularly at this vulnerability.
(2) The explanation of North's double is:
responsive double -- 4+C; 4+D; 2-H; 5-S; 9+ total points.
It very well may be that making a responsive double is more beneficial than making a direct raise (I leave that discussion to others) but if that's GIB's approach the description shouldn't deny 3H.
(3) The most common auction was:
(2♠)-x-(3♠)-P
(P)-4♥-P-6♦
GIB says the double denies 5H and 4♥ shows a concentration in values. Should it?
(4) Another repeated auction was:
(2♠)-2N-(P)-3♠
(P)-4♥-(P)-5♦
2N is explained as 2-5C/D/H/S; 16-18HCP; likely stop in S.
3♠ is explained as 9+ total points; forcing.
The 4♥ explanation is exactly the same as the 2N explanation. It can't be that this bid does nothing to clarify South's hand.
