I would expect some players to think this is exclusion keycard.
I would expect some players bidding 5♦ to think one of the foregoing and some of the players who bid 3♠ to think the other, with much amusement ensuing to the opps.
Personally, absent agreement to the contrary, I would take this as natural and to play. He is wide open in a rounded suit, else he'd bid 3N. So maybe x x AKQJxxxx AKx or similar...but trying to guess the hand is really a waste of time.
