2NT is explained as Balanced invite -- 2-5C; 2-5D; 2-4H; 2-4S; 11-12HCP.

First: the obvious problem is that this hand shouldn't be making this bid.

Second: shouldn't 2NT deny a 4-card major? I think it should also deny a 5-card minor, but that might be a minority opinion.
