If RHO has 2 spades, 4 diamonds and 3+ clubs to AK, I think I can make a spade ruff, 5 hearts, and 4 diamonds or 3 diamonds and a club depending on what he comes down to after 2 rounds of spades and 5 rounds of hearts. If LHO wins the first spade and shifts to a club I'll play RHO for the other top spade and try to win my 10th trick with the SQ.

I'll just take this in hand and try to setup clubs.
If I feel like a joker I can try instead leading a spade towards the jack, trying to look like a man who has ♠KQxx so as to lure West into a disastrous ace play from Axxxxx.
