5♠ and willing to go to 6♠ if I have to make that decision.

5♠ for sure here. Perhaps the real question is whether to bid 6, but I won't hang PD for competing 4♠ vulnerable at MP.

5♠.

I'm sure double could be agreed to be 'I have clubs' and 5♠ 'I have diamonds' while Pass is 'We might double'.

All vul imps. Opponents are weak and conservative.

I passed in first seat. rate the craziness between 0 and 100
it went p-p-1♦-(2♠)
I bid 3♣. Rate the craziness as before.
it went
p-p-1♦-(2♠)
3♣-(3♠)-4♣-p
I bid 6♣!!! How crazy am I?

Is this a clue?

I confess to a 5♠ bid but don't mind 6♠ (from pard) even if it doesn't work. Lights, Camera.......... ACTION!

7♠ if I need some MP's, otherwise 5♠ for safety.

It's either 5♠ or 7♠, pretty useless to bid 6 imo...

That's an interesting comment, why can't 6 make and 7 not? KQ of trump and A of diamonds? Or them leading diamonds and the rest is ours? I don't understand why you think it's 5 or 7. Of course I am not trying to defend anything, it's just that I don't understand your post.

If the 6 level belngs to us, we might just as well bid 6♣ and involve partner in the decision. :o

Neither opponent has shown a hint of slam interest. There is a very good chance that if we bid 5S, we will be allowed to play there, doubled or not. The opponents can't smell that we are 6-6. Competing is obvious, but that does not mean we are obliged to bid 5S in a tempo that suggests our call is obvious. We can just take our normal time to bid 5S.

Only if we think that we have good odds to make 6S should we bid it. If not then we should just bid 5S and hope we can play there.

I don't understand 6C or (worse) 7S. Are we afraid that the opponents will bid 7H? That is really strange to me. The only thing that 6C can accomplish is helping the opponents, most likely with their lead.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

Yes it is a clue, albeit unintended. I indeed bid 6 S and partner had an annoying AKxx xxx xxx xxx. Down 1 when our RHO had KJx in clubs.

I feel like bidding 5, 6 and 7 at the same time lol.

Anyway, I don't know yet exactly what's going on, so I'll stick to 5♠. Hopefully next round will clear it up.
