How many play that...

or

...are "New Minor Forcing" auctions? Meaning, the minor introduced is artificial.

If you play that, how does this help with the auction, and, if so, is 2NT a relay?

I prefer to play that the cheapest new suit is forcing and artificial.

By the way, is there any place outside of North American where people play new minor forcing?
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
