(1) I think GIB should bid 2nt here, prioritize that over 3 cd club support?

(2) here I don't think 4c/5c are well defined, 4c is wide ranging and unclear whether forcing or not, 5c shows "20+ total points?" and 5- 8421 points in clubs, as responder who wants to reach 5c but doesn't particularly want to encourage 6 what to do?
