2♣ = 10+ HCP, 11+ points
2♦ = 5+♦, 11-21 HCP
3NT = No 5 card major, 14-19, rebiddable C
6NT = 17-21 HCP
My problem is that first, that GIB wouldn't show a 4 card major if it had one (it wasn't an option). Second, the 2♦ should be limited to 11-15, 5+ ♦, no 4 card major, and no 4 card ♣ suit. Jump to 3♦ to show 16-18, with no ability to bid NT. 2♥/2♠ show a major with 11-16, and the 3 level shows a reverse. 3♣ should show 4+ ♣ support, any strength (3NT might be best). Finally, why is GIB raising me with only 15 HCP, 2 less HCP than 6NT shows?
