I can't find an explanation on the schedule of ACBL Robot tourneys. It seems to be random and not listed until an hour (or something?) before it is to be played. Sometimes it is on the half-hour, quarter hour, or on the hour.

How is the schedule made? Thanks!

They are spawned every 15 minutes, at

xx:00 , xx:15, xx:30, xx:45 and they start up 15 mins later.
