Sure we would be happy, if 3 ♥ does show THIS hand. But to me it does not. To me it would be more something like Axx,Qxx,xxxx,Qxx, asking for help in hearts.

So I may invite 3 ♠ as a strong club raise, but I would go for 3 NT because I lack the system to show my hand so that partner can judge what to do.
